I like to keep my training sessions diverse by using local gym facilities, training outside or the option of coming to your place of choice.

My preference and recommendation is outside, In our modern society we work in air conditioned rooms under artificial light. To enhance the benefits of your training regime and overall well being it’s important to get out and active in the fresh air.

I believe this improves motivation, engagement and enhances the mood boosting effects of exercise.
