IMPROVE

Whilst you get fit, you’ll also learn real boxing techniques… designed to work on cardio fitness, core strength, balance, speed and develop muscle tone.

HAVE FUN

Join like-minded people, all of different capabilities and fitness but all with the goal of working hard, having fun and getting the most out of this unique training session.

JOIN

Boxfit classes are classes are generally mixed groups, we do pair people up in line with size experience and ability for any group work. But all are welcome from age 18 and up.

EXPERIENCE

Let me know your experience level when attending your first class. No experience in boxing? No problem, if your prepared to listen and learn attend the classes and join in.

EQUIPTMENT

You won’t need much, boxing gloves, some hand wraps and suitable training clothing.
